This role is ideal for someone whos proactive, detail-oriented, and energised by change. Youll be the first point of contact for our Workforce Management system users and work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders to drive real-time decisions and improvements.Youll spend your time focused on: Performance analysis 20%As a Roster Coordinator, youll make a positive impact by: Managing staff allocation and roster changes across multiple sites. Ensuring roster updates are accurate, timely, and aligned with operational needs. Backfilling vacancies and training team members on workforce management tools. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify trends and improve performance. Building strong internal relationships with teams across the OSC and beyond. Triaging and resolving queries related to systems and central support.Serco is a place for youTo be successful in this role youll have: Experience in workforce management or roster coordination (desirable). Ability to work independently and respond quickly in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make real-time, data-informed decisions.
