Join our team to experience a dynamic work environment with potential for advancement and professional development!Applications are sought from suitably qualified and experienced Registered Nurses and Midwives to join the Education department as the Graduate Coordinator Nursing & Midwifery at Echuca Regional Health.This role supports continuing professional development, training and education for graduate Nurses by providing specialist advice and developing resources such as education programs, workshops, training sessions and learning activities.Key responsibilities include:Promote excellence in clinical practice through the design, implementation, facilitation and evaluation of training and educationCoordinate graduate recruitment and onboarding, engaging with key stakeholders to optimise applications and meet program targetsCoordinate and deliver education and training programs for graduates and early-career professionals, including clinical skills assessments, debriefing and supervisionContribute to the development and review of policies, procedures and guidelinesFoster a culture of reflective practice by creating learning opportunities that support ongoing professional developmentQualifications/experience required:Current AHPRA RegistrationRegistered Nurse or Midwife with a minimum of 4 years experienceDemonstrated high-quality clinical practice in nursing and/ or midwifery with a strong background in clinical skillsPostgraduate qualifications in clinical education, simulated learning or currently working towardsExperience coordinating recruitment, onboarding or orientation programs in a clinical or educational settingWorking for ERHAt ERH we offer a supportive and inclusive culture that offers opportunity for growth and development.
