The opportunity to join our team As a Financial Planner at Bridges Financial, you will be responsible for managing the advice needs of existing clients, converting prospective clients, and introducing new clients to Bridges. This involves proactively sourcing, engaging, and managing client referrals and key relationships, and leveraging our digital platforms and advice processes to enhance productivity, compliance, and client engagement. Client experience and care are at the forefront of this role. You will contribute to client experience initiatives and coach clients on evolving technologies and processes. Collaborating with team members, you will seek opportunities to coach and mentor colleagues, building the broader team''s capability to ensure high levels of cross-skilling and deep technical knowledge. We currently have openings for a Financial Planner and an Associate Planner. What You Will Bring You must be RG146 Compliant and have passed the Adviser exam (mandatory for authorization). An approved course in Australian Tax Law and Commercial Tax is also required. An approved degree will help your application stand out. You are an expert in financial advice, passionate about driving growth and building relationships, and committed to delivering excellent client experiences.
