Your day-to-day tasks will involve:Answering inbound calls from customers regarding their insurance policiesAssist them in making changes to their policies, renewing their policies, and answering any general insurance questions they may haveEnsure that every interaction is handled efficiently and effectively, always adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and policiesProviding a strong customer experienceWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Consultant role will bring strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a robust work ethic. Experience in a call centre environment would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided.
