Our client is a well-established organisation that plays a key role in Southern Victorias agricultural sector, supporting farmers in producing high-quality, fresh, and locally sourced produce.You will be responsible for the followingAnswer telephone switchboard calls and enquiries and re-direct where appropriateTake accurate messages and forward to appropriate staff memberActions from phone enquiries, not limited to posting or emailing information and directing customers to our websiteFirst point of contact for our Online Chat website functionFront of office ReceptionProcessing receipting and daily bankingWhat youll need to succeedProven experience in delivering exceptional customer service and administrationStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleaguesProficiency in computer systems, including an intermediate to advanced understanding of the Microsoft SuiteOutstanding time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and work both independently and collaborativelyA proactive mindset, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace new challengesWhat youll get in returnJoin a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment where you''ll have the chance to grow and develop in this exciting role.
