You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies, manage staff rostering, and control costs. You will focus on equipping your team with the right training, tools, and resources to succeed. Leading by example, you''ll inspire a high-performing team culture that prioritizes safety and creates a fantastic place to work and shop.About YouWith 2+ years of retail experience, you have proven experience leading and coaching teams. You''re passionate about delivering a fantastic customer experience, which is why you''re in retail. You can confidently analyze financial data to meet targets and support operational excellence. You prioritize learning for yourself and your team to uplift capabilities and inspire success. If you haven''t already completed relevant qualifications (Cert III Retail or similar), you''re willing to do so and invest in ongoing learning. You''re comfortable giving feedback and navigating challenging situations.
