As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring our clients'' properties are well-maintained and their tenants are satisfied. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.What You''ll Be DoingManage a portfolio of residential rental properties, including tenant selection, lease management, maintenance coordination, and regular inspectionsEnsure properties are well-maintained and in compliance with all relevant legislation and regulationsEffectively communicate with both landlords and tenants, and promptly address any issues or concernsAssist with the marketing and leasing of vacant properties within the existing portfolioCollaborate with the broader team to deliver exceptional customer service and support the growth of the businessWhat We''re Looking ForExperience in residential property management, preferably within the real estate industryStrong knowledge of residential tenancy laws and regulations in particular legislation relating to compliance and minimum standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractorsHighly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneouslyProficient in using property management software and other relevant technologies.
