The successful candidate will have a passion for working directly with customers and delivering exceptional service. The Customer Service Representative will interact with clients and applicants to resolve requests accurately and promptly, responding via phone, email, and chat.ResponsibilitiesProviding excellent customer service to both external and internal inquiries, ensuring every contact feels valued.Resolving client and candidate queries and supporting them through the background check process.Using judgment and reasoning to solve problems and take ownership of correspondence, escalating when necessary.Answering calls, emails, and inquiries, explaining and assisting with background check processes and results.Collaborating within a team to learn, develop, and understand processes.Details You Need to KnowThe position is full-time (37.5 hours/week, based on a 7.5-hour day).Availability for shifts between 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible arrangements.The successful candidate will undergo background screening and additional selection criteria.On-the-job training will be provided.QualificationsPassion for delivering superior customer service.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency with various software platforms.Attention to detail and accuracy.Motivation and enthusiasm to learn new skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferHireRight does not accept unsolicited resumes through search firms or staffing agencies.
