This program supports people to navigate the NDIS, understand and maximise their NDIS plan, engage with other services and supports, and ensure plan outcomes and individual expectations are met. Your role as a Support Coordinator is to provide individual guidance and understanding to help people become confident in managing their NDIS package and associated services. Daily responsibilities include:Understanding individual plansFinding service options that best meet unique needs and outcomesGoal tracking to demonstrate individual progress and successDeveloping skills in others to enable independence in managing NDIS funding You will also complete administration tasks to document progress, generate internal reports, and comply with NDIS requirements. About You We seek a candidate with experience or understanding of NDIS packages and plans who enjoys helping others achieve their goals. You are adaptable in communication, able to think creatively to navigate challenges, and capable of recognizing and celebrating milestones and progress.
