The ideal addition to our winemaking team will be a passionate and driven individual with three to five years of large winery experience.Responsibilities will include:Vinification and preparation of high-quality winesWorking within a team environmentDevelop new wine styles in line with customers expectationsPublic Relations/Wine TastingsTrial work to improve quality and cost reductionMonitor safety standards and ensure cellar operations areconducted in accordance with safety requirementsThe ideal candidate will have:Tertiary or equivalent degree in Winemaking or OenologyDemonstrated large winery experience over three to five years specialising in large scales wineriesA team player with effective leadership and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work independently, managing your own workload and prioritiesShow evidence of excellent supervision, organising and planning skills including use of computer systemsDemonstrate good presentation and effective communication skillsA practical understanding of running a large winery on a profitable basisIf successful you will be flexible, hands on and enthusiastic to work in all areas of the winery, with a focus on quality always.This is a long-term career opportunity with ongoing mentorship and supportive management, a competitive salary is on offer!All selected applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes a physical assessment and a drug & alcohol test.Advertised: 21 May 2025 AUS Eastern Standard TimeApplications close: 22 Jun 2025 AUS Eastern Standard Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
