Over the past 33 years, our company has established itself as a trusted partner to some of Australias most iconic resorts, hotels and restaurants.Family-owned and operated, CLS boasts four laundry plants, additional satellite locations, a dedicated team of nearly 300 staff and over 800 customers that rely on us to operate.Job Opportunity: Administration Assistant RockhamptonWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. This position provides vital support to the Operations Manager and wider team, assisting across a variety of general administrative, safety, recruitment and bookkeeping tasks.Role ResponsibilitiesDay to day, your tasks will include:General administration duties including reception, phone and email correspondenceAssisting with recruitment activities including posting job ads, scheduling interviews and onboarding documentationApproving staff timesheets and ensuring accurate data is entered into internal systemsData entry and maintaining digital and physical employee recordsAssisting with customer queries and general sales administrationCompiling reports and assisting with internal documentationConducting routine checks and audits to ensure compliance with internal processes and safety proceduresSupporting site leadership in ensuring WHS documentation is up to date and safety procedures are followedProviding administrative support to colleagues and senior management as neededOther ad hoc administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the siteThis is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 4:00 pm.
