Your new role Join our Early Childhood Approach (ECA) team as an Early Intervention Speech Pathologist to make a meaningful impact on children aged 0-6 years with developmental delays and their families. We embrace a relationship-based approach, fostering strong connections with families to support each child''s unique journey. Utilizing the key-worker model, you will be the primary point of contact, ensuring consistent, family-centred care. Our work is short-term, with community-based sessions occurring across a 3-month span. You will support a culturally diverse clientele as part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Early Childhood Educators. Your day-to-day Perform functional assessments for young children to determine appropriate supports. Collaborate with families and trans-disciplinary teams to implement individualised intervention plans. Provide direct Speech Pathology services in both individual and group settings. Support families, educators, and professionals in creating inclusive environments and staying updated on best practices.
