The organisation promotes a positive team culture and values strong leadership in achieving production goals.About The RoleWorkPac are seeking a Production Manager for our client, a leading manufacturer in the civil construction sector, to oversee daily operations at their Echuca site. The successful candidate will supervise the site team to ensure safe, sustainable, and cost-effective production.
