Experience in property transactions (residential, commercial and industrial conveyancing) and property development is desired but not essential. In this role , commensurate with your experience you may be asked to assist with property conveyancing matters and other property matters.This role is suited to high achievers who enjoy the challenge of a busy work environment and are looking to establish and build their career in estate planning law and probate and administration law within an established, strong and reputable team and overall firm.In this role, you will enjoy exceptional client exposure, and benefit from a vibrant, highly collaborative and friendly workplace culture and genuine life/work balance. You will also enjoy opportunities to demonstrate your experience and knowledge in our marketing and thought leadership initiatives.Your success will be measured by:Ability to think strategically and solve complex problemsBe in direct contact with clients and provide accurate and timely advice.Commensurate with your experience:Your ability to advise on all aspects of estate planning and wills, probate and administration including the drafting of and advising on Wills, testamentary trusts, POAs, EGAs, probate applications and applications for letters of administrationManaging a diverse caseload and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality legal servicesWhat Were Looking For:4+ years'' post-qualification experience in Estate Planning and Wills law ideally gained in private practiceCommensurate with experience a comprehensive knowledge of Estate Planning and Wills with the ability to give clear, sound, sensible and practical adviceExperience in property conveyancing transactions and other aspects of property law is desired but not essential for this roleExcellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationshipsDemonstrated strong research skillsAbility to use core platforms and technologyDemonstrated ability to prioritise work and manage competing deadlinesA collaborative approach and demonstrated business development skillsA current NSW Practising CertificateWe have a great reputation for having a friendly and supportive work environment and a team of talented and collaborative staff and we take pride in our culture of providing clients with traditional personal service.How to Apply:If you''re excited about this opportunity and what we have to offer, please submit your application.
