The role involves proactively managing customer relationships and meeting their needs by providing full Integrated Financial Services solutions through the most efficient and appropriate channels. This includes full portfolio management through servicing existing customers and growing the portfolio via acquisition of new customers.Each day, youll go above and beyond to:Keep things simple by uncovering new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilising your mature network of internal and external contacts.Move quickly to grow revenue and drive customer advocacy.Be customer obsessed, developing and managing a portfolio of diversified business banking clients and referral partners.Own, maintain, and enhance your portfolios credit risk profile while maximising profitability.Work collaboratively with other teams in the bank to reach successful outcomes for your customers.Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers.
