We expect the same from our team:Family: Our colleagues are our broader familyassist when needed and when in need.Mutuality: Respect our colleagues and clients as you would like to be respected.Realising potential: Unlock your full potential; encourage and support your colleagues.Embrace change: Strive for excellence; be open-minded and willing to adapt.Health and Energy: Work towards being well-balanced within yourself.We recognize that were a well-connected part of a small community, working together to do our best and find ways to improve.What would be your duties and responsibilities?Day-to-day management of properties.Lease and prepare leases/files when required.Conduct private inspections with prospective tenants.Liaise with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople.Process rental applications promptly and accurately.Prepare files for new tenancies.Complete condition reports before tenancy commencement.Negotiate, prepare, and execute lease renewals.Advise landlords on notices to vacate.Coordinate inspections, repairs, and bond releases for vacating tenants.Enter maintenance and repairs in a timely manner.Maintain good relationships with landlords and tenants.Conduct annual rent reviews.Complete vacating checklists.Participate in internal training.Key person requirementsExcellent telephone manner.Exceptional computer skills (Microsoft Office, PropertyMe, etc.) and accurate documentation.Ability to effectively interact with people at all levels.Flexibility to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks.Attention to detail and high accuracy.Strong organizational skills.Stress management skills.Exceptional communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.Commitment to providing excellent customer service, well-presented, confident, articulate, and customer-focused.Reports toDepartment ManagerReady to apply?Weve shared a lot about us and the role.
