In Victoria, their brands include Boutique Homes, Homebuyers Centre, Resolve Finance, Honey Insurance, and BuildLab.About the RoleAs an established finance professional, in this newly created role you will drive process improvement and reporting capability across the finance function. Reporting to the General Manager Finance Business Services, the Finance Manager Business Services (R2R) will focus on streamlining processes within ABN Groups ERP to enhance data quality and reporting outcomes. Success will rely on strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring timely, accurate reporting aligned to business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement internal measures, KPIs and SLAs to track performance and deliver accurate reporting for informed decision making.Provide commentary on periodic performance, helping to deliver a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.Work with the broader ABN team to implement a new finance transformation.Develop team members, helping to uplift reporting capability and accuracy.Overseeing financial transactions to ensure accurate recording and compliance with appropriate standards.Mapping, reviewing and improving processes in the accounting system.Managing accounting processes to ensure accuracy in output.Owning financial reports, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.Provide critical input into the policies and procedures for the management and integrity of finance master data.About YouYou will be an analytical and proactive financial professional with strong technical skills and a passion for leveraging data to drive business success. You will have strong experience in analysing, mapping and improving financial reporting processes and providing accurate information to key stakeholders.
