We focus on sustainability, innovation, and shared value, to return benefits to our customers, partners, investors, and communities.Join us as we work towards building the imagine nation.Your opportunityThe Credit Controller National Tenants will manage the national debt process and procedures in accordance with business operations and KPIs.Your responsibilities will include:Manage the collection of national arrears, regularly being 7, 14, and 21 days each month, including phone calls, email reminders, and letters.Ensure asset teams operate in accordance with debt collection procedures.Achieve arrears KPIs.Escalate national debtor queries/issues to relevant Portfolio Managers/Senior Management.Maintain arrears collection commentary with updated progress reports issued to Asset Management and Senior Management stakeholders.Deliver portfolio debtors reporting requirements, including KPI reporting and trend analysis.Proactively liaise with national/major tenant representatives to facilitate debt collection.Review and reconcile national/major tenant debtor accounts per operational procedures.Produce lease-related correspondence to tenants and asset teams.Respond promptly and professionally to tenant queries.Build collaborative relationships with asset teams and tenants, attending meetings as required to ensure proactive issue management.Manage tenants in administration, engaging with internal/external stakeholders.Adhere to reporting deadlines, providing accurate, high-quality outputs and prompt responses.Assist with projects or additional duties as required.Drive improvements and maximize efficiency of debt collection procedures.Your point of difference1-3 years experience in real estate agency, accounts receivables, and debt collection.Property industry experience is essential.Tenant account reconciliation and administration experience is highly desirable.Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and professional approach.Proactive, self-motivated, with problem-solving skills and a focus on system and procedural improvements.Excellent administration, time management, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding asset information.Willingness to learn and adopt innovative approaches.Strong understanding of relevant legislation.Life at Mirvac93% of employees are proud to work for Mirvac.Leadership and professional development programs, including Mirvac Masters.Diverse workforce with over 25 ethnicities and 33 languages spoken.Discounts across health, wellness, lifestyle, motor vehicle, travel, and technology.Rewarded with $1000 Mirvac Securities annually.If you believe you are a good fit for this role, please apply even if you do not meet all the preferred attributes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
