By collaborating with stakeholders, you improve risk visibility, reduce manual reporting, and foster a data-driven risk culture.Youll own the GRC automation and reporting function, working autonomouslyYoull design, build, and maintain automated reporting frameworks for technology risk and compliance.Youll develop real-time dashboards for KRI monitoring and audit tracking.Youll integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to centralize reporting.Youll gather and manage reporting requirements, ensuring data quality and consistency.Youll automate reporting processes and streamline governance reporting cycles.Youll provide insights to support decision-making and identify emerging risks.Youll collaborate with stakeholders to align reporting standards and create cohesive solutions across separate systems.Youll deliver excellent customer service, manage confidential data, and maintain documentation.Youll present reports to stakeholders and help enhance risk reporting through automation.And what are we looking for?Youll have proven experience in risk reporting, automation, data analytics, or governance within a technology or regulated environment.Youll be proficient in reporting and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.Youll have experience with automation tools and languages such as Power Automate, Python, or SQL.Youll have a strong understanding of technology risk, controls, KRI frameworks, and governance principles.Youll have experience working with GRC platforms and risk management systems.Youll possess excellent data analysis, visualization, and presentation skills.Youll have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders and regions.Youll work effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.So, why choose us?We value optimism, caring, togetherness, reliability and determination.We have more than 2600 employees worldwide: were a global group of digital specialists, actuaries, marketers, doctors, nurses, case managers, claims specialists, finance experts and customer service professionals.
