We aim for SACE Graduates to be capable of constructing their futures and contributing to a sustainable and socially just world.The Impact You Will DriveAs an Education Consultant, you will lead a significant program of Subject renewal, responsible for the strategic development, recognition, and implementation of curriculum, assessment, and quality assurance. You will build strong partnerships with schools, stakeholders, and the community to maximize positive impacts on students ability to thrive.What You Will BringA passion for education and a commitment to our thrive agenda.In-depth knowledge of educational curriculum and assessment theory and practice.Understanding of national and international trends in curriculum, assessment, and quality assurance.Experience in leading change and collaborating with school leaders, teachers, and stakeholders.Excellent communication skills and experience in developing collaborative relationships.Ability to lead adaptive change and work effectively in uncertain environments.Expertise in Arts and Pathways, English and Languages, Health and Humanities, or Maths and Science.QualificationsAn appropriate tertiary degree in education or training is essential.Special ConditionsTravel within regional and remote locations; international and interstate travel may be required.Some out-of-hours work.Work under the SACE Board of South Australia Act 1983.Intense activity period between October and December; planned leave may be restricted during this time.Satisfactory Working with Children Check required.What We OfferWork available now or in Term 2, 2025.Vibrant, innovative, and passionate work environment.Supportive team and professional development opportunities.Salary sacrifice benefits and flexible working arrangements.Access to Employee Assistance Program.RemunerationASO7 classification: $108,109 - $116,864 per annum plus superannuation and salary packaging options.
