This growth has created new roles within our Katherine, NT team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in a response role with a reputable organisation on a full time basis in our Mobile Patrols portfolio.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:2 plus years experience within the Security Services industryExceptional interpersonal skillsBe flexible to work across a rotating roster, 7-day week, 365 days a year (24/7, day and night shifts)Previous experience in similar role (preferred but not essential)Highly safety and security focused, with the ability to think on the goA strong Customer Service focusRespond to incidents in a calm and confident mannerExcellent communication skills - both verbal and writtenExceptional reporting skillsA high level of personal presentation and conductThe ability to work in a teamThe ability to comply with all policies and proceduresWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Experienced guards with a minimum of 2 years in a similar roleCurrent and valid NT Security licenceCurrent and valid NT Driver''s licenceMust hold current valid First Aid and CPRAbility to walk and stand and sit for long periods of timeExcellent and proven Computer and Administration SkillsFull, unlimited right-to-work in AustraliaCommitment to work day and night shifts, as well as weekend and public holiday shiftsWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
