Your role includes leading and motivating your team to produce quality products and deliver excellent customer service to meet sales and performance targets. You will also be involved in training your team in bakery operations, adhering to standards, policies, and procedures.To be successful in this role, you will:Have experience managing bakery stores or restaurants with strong baking expertiseUnderstand the importance of compliance with work health and safety standardsBe a strong communicator with good conflict management skillsBe able to influence and motivate othersYou should be comfortable leading a team to deliver consistent quality products, contributing to Bakers Delight Lavington''s success by achieving results and meeting budgets.
