Our Research Information Systems team plays a key role in supporting these platforms through expert technical support, system development, and ongoing enhancement in close partnership with stakeholders.As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to major change initiatives that shape the future of research at CQUniversity. Working alongside technical experts and external vendors, youll support, maintain, and improve critical systems that underpin the Universitys research operations.Your day-to-day will involve diagnosing and resolving system issues, mapping and refining business processes, and implementing digital solutions that enhance user experience and efficiency.Were seeking a proactive, technically capable professional with experience in information systems and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
