Salary packaging is also available.About the Role:The Workplace Trainer and Careers Advisor is responsible for providing essential training and assessment activities for non-clinical employees covered under the Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement.The role involves working across all three campuses of NCN Health within the People and Culture Department, designing and developing learning programs, utilizing training packages and accredited courses from Certificate II to Diploma levels to meet employee needs, and supporting non-clinical staff in career pathways and future training/employment areas.This role also manages the Mandatory Training system for all NCN Health staff.As the role requires movement across campuses, a valid driving license, access to a car, and flexibility are essential.Qualifications and Skills:Vaccination against Covid-19 is strongly encouraged.TAE40110: Certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent (or the ability to obtain within the first 12 months of employment).High proficiency in online training portals, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening).Valid drivers license.What we offer:Salary Packaging including Remote Area Benefits, if applicable.Professional Development and Study Leave.Social Club.Free parking.Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Staff Health and Wellbeing Programs.NCN Health uniform.About NCN Health:NCN Health is a rural health service serving diverse communities across Moira Shire, including Nathalia, Cobram, Numurkah, and surrounding areas, with a population of approximately 18,000.Our core values are Respect, Accountability, and Partnership.
