Do you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?The role''s purpose is to manage the branch to meet business objectives aligned with the Region and Retail Operations Strategy.With Hollywoodbets, you will:Innovate and create as part of a like-minded, authentic team eager to achieve goals.Embrace challenges and thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced industry.Grow through our development programs and culture that supports career advancement.You bring:At least 12 months experience in Retail, Gaming, or Betting.A bonus to have:Valid drivers license.Diploma/Degree/NQF4 Learnership.1-2 years leadership experience.Your responsibilities include:Branch GrowthAchieving targets within your branch''s budget.Driving results by engaging with guests and educating them on products.Updating betting boards and managing day-to-day operations such as memos, results, and scratchings.Ensuring knowledge of game rules, odds, and payouts.Cash AdministrationManaging cash according to procedures to minimize risks.Educating team on FICA compliance.Overseeing banking schedules, credit card, and EFT policies.Branch ReportingProviding daily operational summaries.Managing stock control and conducting weekly stock takes.Security & AppearanceMaintaining security protocols and branch appearance standards.Ensuring all equipment and facilities are well-maintained.Compliance & CommunicationAdhering to internal controls, legal, and legislative requirements, including Gambling Board regulations.Maintaining clear communication and marketing awareness within the team.People & Guest ManagementManaging staff schedules, attendance, and behavior.Providing excellent guest service and addressing feedback proactively.Values & Emergency ReadinessPromoting Hollywood values and leading by example.Being available 24/7 for emergencies.What you will bring:Strong numerical and financial skills.Attention to detail and accountability.Understanding of betting procedures and types.Problem-solving and reporting skills.Please note, if you are not contacted within 30 days, your application was unsuccessful. #J-18808-Ljbffr
