The Role Reporting to the General Manager, our People and Culture Manager cultivates culture and workforce planning to encourage a dynamic, high-performing work environment, ensuring our employees feel valued, supported and empowered to succeedwhile ensuring compliance and driving long-term business success. This role is offered on a part-time basis, with a commitment of 30 hours per week required. Responsibilities Will Include Leading end-to-end workforce planning, from recruitment and onboarding to succession planning. Developing programs that promote wellbeing, recognition, retention, and career growth. Supporting managers in people leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and policy application. Driving initiatives to enhance belonging, equity, and inclusive practices across all teams. Partnering with leadership to align people strategies with our hospitality-driven mission and values.
