We are committed to fostering a values-driven culture that supports our team members to fulfill our purpose of Caring for People, Enabling Health, and Inspiring Wellness in the communities we serve.About The RoleReporting to the IT Service & Application Delivery Manager, this role allows you to fully utilize your current skills while providing opportunities to enhance and broaden your capabilities and learn more about the functioning of a retail business. The position is within the IT Department and is conveniently located in the Adelaide CBD.Role ResponsibilitiesWork closely with stakeholders to validate business requirements.Develop specifications tailored to the audience of business users, technical developers, solution architects, and vendors.Conduct business process and data modelling.Plan and facilitate project activities, coordinate testing, and implement solutions and systems alongside technical developers.Develop supporting assets such as user interfaces, reporting mockups, branding, and design principles.Coordinate solution changes including workflows, reports, and interfaces.Identify and document business and system changes.Participate in building, testing, and implementing phases of the system development lifecycle.You will also collaborate on designing and implementing solutions, assessing and validating them against requirements, and undertaking additional analysis and research tasks as needed.What We Are Looking ForAt least 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements management, business process analysis/modelling, and information analysis/modelling.Experience in delivering software implementation projects involving significant business and systems change, including integration, across the entire SDLC.High-level analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think laterally and conceptually.Effective communication skills across all levels, including verbal, written, and presentation skills.Strong organizational skills to manage workloads effectively in a dynamic environment, working independently or in teams on complex tasks.Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, LAN/WAN, and business applications.Understanding of core business functions such as inventory management, finance, and Point of Sale systems.Relevant tertiary qualification or ongoing studies in IT, IS, or related fields are desirable.Experience working in a retail environment is advantageous.The successful candidate will demonstrate strong time management, adaptability, and alignment with our values, with energy and determination to succeed.
