Offering a broad range of helicopter services to various industries including Mining, Resources, Government, and Tourism, we proudly deliver surveys, HEMS, offshore, external load, powerlines, agriculture, mosquito control, and flight training where and when required.Due to a recent retirement, we are seeking a full-time, permanent, Perth-based Corporate Services/Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team.DutiesProviding strategic planning and management for operations, including staffing, facilities, IT, and internal processes/operational procedures.Actively promoting Heliwest, developing, and implementing growth strategies.Improving and developing financial efficiencies, cost controls, and maximizing productivity through the implementation of effective methods and standard processes/tools.Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired objectives and outcomes, and to ensure all responsibilities are undertaken effectively.Working in partnership with key stakeholders to build brand awareness, roll out marketing strategies, build competitive cost proposals, and secure the customer base.Representing the company in external negotiations, conventions, seminars, and forums, advocating for new and existing programs and policies. Ensuring a best-in-class customer experience, including creating formal procedures aligned with business strategy and planning.Developing implementation timelines, managing towards project milestones, addressing client concerns, meeting and exceeding client expectations, and managing relationships on an ongoing basis to ensure retention.Overseeing and driving regional operations in line with the operational strategy and company objectives.Defining clear roles and responsibilities with management, and managing expectations.Successfully building, coaching, and developing team members in line with Heliwests Vision and Values. Guiding the development of skills and competencies of team members, including identifying training and development needs.EducationWhile a Bachelors degree or higher qualification is desirable, industry experience will be considered.Experience & Skills10+ years of experience implementing solutions and/or managing the strategic overall operation of a business, specific to the industry.Recognized qualifications in Aviation Safety and Aviation Safety Management.Significant experience in rotorcraft document management and recency systems.Understanding of/or experience in load master, rigger, and other helicopter-specific tasks, sling, firefighting, medivac.Strong client relationships with a clear understanding of what makes our service successful for clients.Solid experience managing cross-functional teams with the ability to interact with business clients and internal teams simultaneously to bridge gaps and manage communications.Proficiency in managing and prioritizing multiple priorities simultaneously, coupled with the ability to anticipate and resolve implementation issues before they occur.Strong communication skills, capable of presenting information verbally, in writing, or visually to various audiences, from internal teams to client executives.The ability to quickly establish trust and credibility with clients, with strong communication and client relationship management skills, and the ability to manage high-profile client stakeholders.Experience in building operational procedures, brand awareness, and building teams for success in new markets.Good understanding of business operations and decision-making processes.Analytical and performance-driven mindset.Critical thinking and decision-making skills.Effective time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environmentinnovative problem solver.Ability to travel at short notice.Team player with the ability to collaborate and work in a team-oriented environment.Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
