About the role Join the vibrant team at Sale Neighbourhood House as a part-time Administration Officer. In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective running of the Neighbourhood House. The position is based in Sale, VIC 3850. What you''ll be doing Providing general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Assisting with the coordination of events, classes, workshops, and activities hosted by Sale Neighbourhood House. Maintaining accurate records and databases related to Sale Neighbourhood House''s operations. Supporting the team with any other administrative tasks as required. What we''re looking for Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a community-based organisation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with data entry and database management. A genuine passion for supporting the local community and contributing to the programs and services offered by the Neighbourhood House.
