The Warracknabeal campuscentrally located at 18 Dimboola Road between Melbourne and Adelaideis one of three campuses offering a wide range of acute, urgent, aged care, community health, and allied health services.Latitude Recruitment is proud to partner with RNH in the search for an Executive Manager Quality, Risk and Improvement. This newly established executive role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering a strong culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organisation.About the RoleAs a key member of the Executive team, you will work closely with the CEO, the Board, and senior leadership to lead the design and implementation of RNHs quality assurance, risk management, and improvement frameworks. Youll oversee systems and processes that ensure compliance with accreditation standards, champion organisational readiness, and support safe, high-quality care across all RNH campuses.This role also plays a pivotal part in enhancing consumer engagement and acts as the organisations designated Complaints Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Quality, Risk, and Improvement functions organisation-wide.Maintain and enhance RNHs Quality Framework.Drive successful implementation and compliance with Aged Care and National Standards.Oversee consumer feedback systems and manage formal complaints.Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coach, mentor, and build capacity for quality improvement.About YouCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional (desirable).Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (desirable).Significant leadership experience in quality, risk, or improvement at a senior level in health and/or aged care.Proven track record in systems thinking, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including experience in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and reporting.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and promote a culture of learning and safety.Additional RequirementsValid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).Evidence of immunisation history.Whats on OfferA full-time role with monthly ADOs (Accrued Day Off).Supportive, values-driven organisational culture.Opportunities for ongoing professional development.Relocation support and accommodation assistance (if required).Applications for this role close at 5pm on Friday, 6th June dont miss out!Ready to make an impact?To express your interest, please submit your resume and a cover letter addressing the key selection criteria.
