This includes ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through regular audits, updates, and validation processes.The Data Lead will collaborate with the team to prepare data-driven campaigns that improve outreach strategies and donor engagement. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help deliver customised reports and actionable insights to ensure data aligns with the Foundations mission.This is a part time role offering 24-30 hours per week. Depending on your availability, this can be across 3-4 days.Who were looking forYou''ll bring proven experience in database management, with a strong focus on Salesforce (essential), data integrity, and security.You''ll demonstrate advanced technical skills in managing donor databases, particularly within Salesforce, and generating data-driven reports that inform strategic decisions.You''ll leverage strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and organisation.You''ll (ideally) have experience working in a not-for-profit environment, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the sector.You''ll hold a qualification in data science, computer science, information systems, or equivalent.Youll be a quick learner, can work autonomously and be self-motivated in your work.Youll have full Australian working rights.About UsAdventist HealthCare owns and operates San Day Surgery, Hornsby, and the Sydney Adventist Hospital (fondly known as the San).
