Job Description Were seeking a skilled and personable Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This hands-on role is primarily focused on delivering an exceptional la carte breakfast experience, making you the face of our morning service. You''ll showcase your culinary expertise and engage directly with guests, ensuring their day begins with warm hospitality and memorable cuisine. In this position, youll prepare high-quality dishes, contribute to menu development, and oversee daily kitchen operations. Youll also mentor junior team members, uphold food safety standards, and help maintain a smooth, efficient kitchen environment. What Youll Do Take ownership of our la carte breakfast service, crafting elegant and flavorful morning dishes Be the primary point of contact with breakfast guests, confidently discussing their stays and gathering feedback Contribute to room service, buffet, larder, mise-en-place, and banqueting preparations as needed Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness Collaborate on the development of creative, seasonal menu items that enhance the guest experience Guide and mentor junior chefs, fostering a culture of learning and excellence Ensure smooth communication and teamwork across all sections of the kitchen Qualifications We are looking for candidates who are passionate about growth and development and committed to making a meaningful impact within our team.
