The focus is on identifying opportunities for systemic improvements in the regulation of health practitioners.You will need to communicate outcomes effectively to complainants, FOI applicants, and other stakeholders via telephone and written communication. Resilience and a desire to assist individuals navigating Australia''s health practitioner complaint systems and FOI processes are essential.About UsThe NHPO oversees bodies within the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme, including the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra), 15 National Health Practitioner Boards, and accreditation organizations. Complaints serve as a valuable tool to identify and address issues in the regulation of health practitioners in Australia.About The DepartmentThe Victorian Department of Health develops and delivers policies, programs, and services to support and enhance the wellbeing of all Victorians. The department hosts the NHPO, providing shared services such as accommodation and IT systems.
