This role will also support the implementation of the talent attraction strategy and enhance our external awareness, engagement, and attraction through our EVP. Your key responsibilities will include: Handle end-to-end recruitment process including posting job requisitions on SF, conducting hiring manager briefing calls, reviewing applications, driving proactive sourcing, phone & video screening, scheduling interviews, and supporting assessment centers. Drive proactive sourcing and build talent pipelines for complex positions such as Must Win Capabilities, New Capabilities, and Niche roles. Utilize LinkedIn Talent Insights to enable recruitment, sharing reports, dashboards, and insights with stakeholders early in the process. Collaborate with the Regional Talent Analytics Partner. Resolve complex queries related to recruitment processes, policies, or procedures, serving as the point of contact for complex matters. Identify new sourcing channels and develop sourcing strategies. Contribute to Talent Attraction Strategy and initiatives. Improve candidate and line manager satisfaction scores, as well as meet recruitment KPIs and SLAs. Manage recruitment technology solutions across modules following HR procedures and guidelines. Maintain and update an internal talent pool/database, ensuring job postings are current. Develop personal performance standards to ensure support services meet established SLAs & KPIs. Promote Talent Attraction activities and branding on online platforms for Australia. Coach and support team members on HR cyclic activities. Provide ad hoc support to the local HR team with talent insights and reports. IS THIS YOUR FUTURE ROLE? Experience in recruiting for sales and marketing teams within FMCG is preferred but not essential. Human Resources or Business qualification is desirable. Exceptional communication skills. Strong relationship management skills (internal & external partners). Experience with HRIS Recruitment systems (SuccessFactors or similar) and Shared Services Model. What we offer you?
