Our mantra is Leave it with Us as we are invested in working together to make things happen.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a curious Senior Valuer, who wants to work in a high-performing team on a wide range of exciting engagements including plant and equipment, machinery, and heavy assets! This role is based in Perth WA but supports our National Valuations team.Our Valuers are expected to undertake all necessary tasks to deliver valuation reports, from scope confirmation and quoting through to report completion. You would be joining a strong National Valuations practice led by the General Manager of Valuations and our Director, who both strive to support, engage, challenge, and develop the team.Key responsibilities of this permanent, full-time (Monday - Friday) role include:Formulating valuation reports in industry segments you specialise in, and providing support to areas in which other senior valuers are specialists; Manufacturing Equipment, Process Plants, Pharmaceutical Plants, Mining, Earthmoving Equipment, Marine, General Plant, and EquipmentLiaising with clients and contractors to coordinate instructionsMaintaining existing client relationshipsAdhering to industry body requirements, rules of practice, codes of ethics, policies, and objectivesParticipating in training (internal and external) and helping develop emerging ValuersABOUT YOUCompleted an accredited API, AMEA, RICS, ASA course in Valuations (highly desired) or willingness to obtainAt least 5 years of vehicle, plant, or machinery valuation/appraisal experienceSound knowledge or interest in plant, equipment, and heavy assetsGood computer skills (MS Office and internet) with excellent research skillsCurrent Drivers License & willingness to travel for business as requiredA proactive Leave it with me approach to supporting the Valuations team and businessAbility to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and focus on detailWHAT''S IN THE PACKAGEBonus scheme available for accredited Senior Valuer.
