As the Quality Assurance Manager, youll lead site-wide QA operations, manage a skilled team, and play a key role in ensuring compliance across the organisation.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the site Quality Assurance team, embedding a strong culture of GMP compliance and operational excellence.Oversee and enhance the sites Quality Management System (QMS), including SOPs, CAPAs, training, change controls, and risk assessments.Ensure timely QA release of raw materials, intermediates, packaging, and finished products.Maintain a high level of inspection readiness and lead/support regulatory and customer audits.Collaborate with Manufacturing, Technical Operations, and wider site functions to support compliant processes and new product launches.Monitor key quality metrics, conduct root cause investigations, and drive continuous improvement projects.Develop and deliver quality training to staff, building capability across the site.Skills:5 - 10 years experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, including proven leadership of teams in a GMP manufacturing environment.Strong working knowledge of GMP principles and global regulatory expectations, including those of the TGA, FDA, and EMA.Track record of successfully managing QMS operations, leading internal audits, and supporting external regulatory inspections.Degree-qualified in a relevant scientific fieldsuch as Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.Proactive and collaborative leadership style, with a focus on accountability, stakeholder engagement, and building high-performing teams.Proven ability to build alignment between QA and Production teams.How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.To help fast track investigation, please include here any other relevant details that prompted you to report this job ad as fraudulent / misleading / discriminatory.Researching careers?
