Learn more about our Innovate RAP here: marathonhealth.com.au/news/launching-our-innovate-rapA Bit About YouWere looking for a strong, steady leader who can consistently and calmly support a team in a high-pressure environment.Some of your key skills are:Well-developed leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead a team of staff providing services to a range of stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement activities, including the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the disability and mainstream sectorsExperience in developing and implementing continuous improvement strategiesDemonstrated commitment to upholding confidentiality, safety, and client dignityExperience in providing practice supervision and support to staff working in crisis rolesExperience in efficiently managing resources through leading the work associated with promotion of the service, including outreach activities and stakeholder engagementsProficiency to undertake reporting activities to meet our contractual obligationsExperience working collaboratively to ensure services are delivered within budgetAbility and willingness to participate in an after-hours roster (approx. 5 shifts/month)Ready to Apply?Upload your current CV and a cover letter addressing your suitability for the role.
