Youll be an integral part of the groups success.About the RoleThe Remuneration & Analytics Manager is responsible for developing and administering remuneration and benefits programs that support Canons strategic goals. The role acts as a consultant to HR, Leaders and Heads of Departments on the implementation and management of remuneration, benefits & incentive programs, with a goal of providing Canon with a competitive edge in terms of candidate attraction, employee engagement and business performance. Youll also be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving the HR analytics dashboards to give great insights and support sound business decision making.Scope of the role includes:Managing the group-wide remuneration review process including preparation of commercial modelling for remuneration and incentive programsDeveloping, maintaining, and evolving the HR analytics dashboards including performance data and trend analysis within PowerBICompletion of accurate and timely incentive calculations in line with annual process, including distribution of letters for Senior LeadersDesign and delivery of incentive, benefits offerings and programsManagement of the AU superannuation policy, process and committee including the relationship with the superannuation providerOwnership of Remuneration Governance plan including quarterly and annual refresh of data and allowancesManage the HR P&L across ANZ including preparation of annual operating budgetReview, improve and streamline current processes and systems and identify trends and changes required to processes and systemsResearching appropriate remuneration rates based on market information and provide benchmarking advice & recommendations as requiredLiaising with independent consultants and industry colleagues to monitor competitive remuneration trendsProviding expert advice to leaders on all matters relating to salary, superannuation benefits and incentivesOngoing liaison with audit to ensure regulatory complianceAbout YouPerhaps you are an experienced remuneration specialist or maybe you are an HR Business Partner with excellent analytical skill and a flair for data or maybe you are a Financial Analyst looking for a change of industry. You may have previously managed the end-to-end annual remuneration review process and possess extensive knowledge of remuneration and incentive design, theory, methodology, best practice, industry trends and regulatory environment to the role. But more importantly you know how to work with C suite stakeholders leveraging your well-honed influencing and negotiation skills and you know the value of data. You enjoy building meaningful analytics dashboards and you have demonstrated commercial acumen. Your advanced Excel skills for complex data reporting will be highly regarded and your experience in SAP and PowerBI would be advantageous.
