Some of the tasks they may undertake include:Performing a variety of tasks and activities within different business areas.Contributing to the team and organization''s strategic goals.Conducting analysis and research projects.Coordinating information requests across business areas.Assisting with project and program management.Preparing briefing materials, policy submissions, reports, or correspondence.Your role:A 12-month graduate program.Engagement in projects and skill development for the public service sector.Exposure to senior leaders and collaboration with teams across Australia on impactful issues.Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.Training and development:Completion of a structured 10-month APS Graduate Development Learning Program.Mentorship and career coaching.Guidance and support from a dedicated Graduate Program Coordinator.Salary and benefits:A competitive salary starting at APS level 4, $82,999 plus 15.4% superannuation, increasing to $90,000 after 12 months.Annual leave, cultural leave, and parental leave.Culture:We aim to be an inclusive community where everyone feels they belong.
