Our fantastic group of clients span across entertainment, beauty, health, finance and government.The PerksOngoing hybrid working arrangement, including newly built open plan office space.Transparent learning and development, with progression pathways to become a Senior Digital Account Manager, then Account Director.Paid birthday leave, volunteer leave, etc.Monthly team building events.Office dog, Lola.About The RoleLead and manage key client relationships, proactively acting as the first point of contact.Hands on, on the tools, strategically building performance marketing campaigns;across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms as required.Ideate SEO strategies alongside our internal SEO Developers & SEO Content Specialists.Optimise and implement any creative campaign changes, reporting to each client on campaign performance.About YouYou''re currently an Account Executive, Digital Account Manager, or Performance Marketing Specialist (ideally with an Australian based digital agency).You have demonstrated experience setting up & managing performance marketing campaigns.Youre motivated by maintaining positive client relationships.A curious nature, driven by the pursuit of being better than you were yesterday.Proficiency in building and analysing campaigns in a range of relevant ad management platforms such as: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, & Google Analytics 4.note: full Australian working rights are required for this role as we are currently unable to provide visa sponsorship.Here at Flying Pigs we prefer meeting our clients face-to face; we therefore require our Account Managers to have regular access to a vehicle (with drivers licence).Apply now by including a cover letter and your up-to-date resume.
