Key responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and managing the daily operations of the SDR team to meet KPIs and contribute to business growth.Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Digital, and Sales Enablement teams, the SDR Manager will ensure alignment of SDR strategies with broader business objectives. This includes optimizing processes, refining outreach strategies, and implementing performance improvements.
