Head of Clinical Care - Aged Care and NDISMy Guardian is an Aged Care and NDIS service provider dedicated to delivering compassionate and loving home care. We''re experiencing growth and seeking to expand our team.Job Summary: The Head of Clinical Care is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, and delivery of high-quality clinical care across Aged Care and NDIS programs. The role involves leading the clinical workforce, ensuring excellence in care, regulatory compliance, innovation, and service performance, all aligned with our person-centred and culturally sensitive approach.Collaborating with clinical care coordinators, case managers, and senior leadership, the Head of Clinical Care will drive clinical governance, quality improvement, and workforce capability, shaping the clinical direction of the organisation and ensuring service integration and client-focused outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead strategic planning, development, and delivery of clinical services across Aged Care and NDIS portfolios.Provide clinical leadership to Clinical Care Coordinators, Nurses, and other staff.Oversee clinical governance systems to ensure safe, effective, and compliant care.Set and monitor performance standards, KPIs, and quality benchmarks.Promote an inclusive, person-centred clinical culture aligned with our values.Manage clinical incidents and risks, ensuring escalation and learning.Develop and review clinical policies and models of care.Champion clinical innovation and lead service improvement initiatives.Ensure documentation, reporting, and auditing meet accreditation standards.Provide clinical consultation on complex cases and support staff decisions.Lead education, workforce planning, and professional development.Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Contribute to service design, expansion, and integration.Monitor trends and inform strategic planning and compliance.Support accreditation, audits, and reporting obligations.Participate in leadership decision-making and business development.Qualifications and Competencies:Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (Mandatory).Postgraduate qualifications in Health Management, Clinical Leadership, or related fields (Highly desirable).Current First Aid and CPR certification (Mandatory).Extensive experience in aged care, disability, or community health, including senior management roles.Deep understanding of clinical governance, risk, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks including NDIS and My Aged Care.Strong leadership, strategic, and operational skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.Proven capability to manage complex clinical situations and make evidence-based decisions.Skills in clinical systems, digital health records, and Microsoft Office.Current NSW Drivers License and willingness to travel across Sydney.What we offer:Competitive salary packageOnsite parkingPositive office cultureWeekly social events and refreshmentsTraining and career development opportunitiesIf you''re interested, we look forward to hearing from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
