With major operations in Geelong (VIC), Narangba (QLD) and Sydney (NSW), and recent project delivery in New Zealand, we offer end-to-end steel solutions across commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.As an ISO-certified, award-winning business, we are committed to protecting people, ensuring quality, and delivering sustainable outcomes for our clients and communities.We are seeking an experienced and highly organised SQE Manager (Safety, Quality & Environment) to lead our integrated management systems and compliance framework.You will be responsible for maintaining our ISO certifications (9001, 45001, 14001), overseeing site and workshop safety practices, driving quality control, and ensuring we meet environmental, licensing and prequalification obligations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead WHS, environmental and quality systems across sites and workshopsMaintain ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 3834.2 complianceDrive incident management, root cause investigations, CAPAs and safety trainingOversee internal audits, site inspections and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure EPA, WorkSafe and environmental licensing complianceManage certifications and accreditations: CC3, SSA Level 3, ISO, labour hire, builder licences, CSR/VicRoads/TFNSW/TMR prequalificationsCoordinate emergency planning, VOCs, toolbox talks, and training schedulesTrack and coordinate maintenance of fleet, plant and facilitiesLead SQE reporting and promote a safety-first, quality-focused cultureWhat You''ll BringMinimum 5 years in a Safety, Quality or Environmental management roleStrong knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 systemsExperience in construction or manufacturing environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsQualifications in WHS, Quality Systems, Environmental Science or EngineeringWhy Join Hanlon?Diverse and impactful role within a growth-oriented, values-driven companyFull-time permanent opportunity based at our Geelong HQBe a voice in the business drive improvements and innovationWork with great people, on meaningful projects, across state bordersHow do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
