Recent government policy documents outline plans to facilitate increasing transmission interconnection between states and development of renewable energy zones.The OpportunityWere looking for a Senior Site Manager with a strong electrical background to lead the planning, management, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects across a defined region.This role involves overseeing construction and commissioning activities for both internal and external works, with a focus on transmission assets. You''ll be responsible for resource planning, budgeting, contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and organisational standards.A key part of the role is maintaining accurate project data across multiple systems, reviewing technical specifications, and ensuring a smooth handover upon project completion. Ideal for a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of electrical infrastructure, project systems, and stakeholder coordination.About youRelevant Electrical trade qualifications or Diploma or bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Civil), or equivalent.Knowledge of relevant WHS and environmental legislationSound interpersonal skills (including written and oral communication)Knowledge of corporate drawings, design and management systemsA current Australian Drivers LicenceWhats in it for you?
