Rotating roster which will include weekend workPM Clothing (Nights)Position SummaryStocks, folds, straightens, and arranges clothing, shoes, underwear, and other clothing items. Clears sales floor and aisles of empty pallets and debris. Checks for correct merchandise signs. Assists members in locating sizes. Provides prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees and suppliers. Follows proper safety procedures and standards.Job Duties/Essential FunctionsFold, straighten and arranges clothing in layers on stacked pallets to maintain attractive merchandise presentationHang and straighten clothing on racks, straighten shoes, underwear, and other clothing itemsFollow merchandising standards and practicesAlign merchandise and groups items by colour or size, keep stacks level, and collect and return stray itemsCheck for correct merchandise signsAssist in folding and restocking saleable clothing brought by supervisors from the refund area to sales floorSpot for Forklift Drivers to keep people out of fall-danger zoneClear sales floor of debrisRemove empty pallets from the sales floor and operates cardboard baler and trash compactorCommunicate with Night Supervisor or Duty Manager to report progress and receive directionFollow established inventory prop guidelines prior to physical inventoryFollow proper Merchandising and general safety procedures and standardsAssist in other departments of the warehouse as necessaryProvide prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliersAssist members in locating sizesDirect members to other merchandise and relate merchandiseAbility to operate vehicles, equipment or machineryStep stool, trash compactor, cardboard baler, foldingQualifications (Costco-specific or industry specific skills that candidates should possess)Education/Training: High School Certificate or higherLicenses/Certifications: NoneExperience/Skills: Customer service, or comparable experience, basic math skillsJob Ref: AU2451W.000438Location: Sydney - WestSubmitted: 19-05-2025Job SearchBy Keyword or Job RefBy LocationBy CategoryBy CategorySelect multiple fields by holding CTRL key while clicking. #J-18808-Ljbffr
