Position Highlights & Overview: Coordinate end-to-end integration process for Finance teams from initial development of integration plans with milestones and timelines required to achieve deal-specific value and synergies, to execution of the tactical plans, to providing a clear roadmap for ongoing ownership to complete the integration. Set up and manage cadence planning throughout the phases of integration. Maintain tools within the integration project to track risks, issues, and opportunities, and define inter-functional dependencies within the integration process. Industry poised for long-term growth. Autonomy and ownership to maximize results in this high-impact role. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a business-related field. Masters degree highly preferred. 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or consulting. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with all organizational levels.
