The Team:Payroll Services are one part of the greater People and Culture team and each fortnight it is our responsibility to process timesheets, leave applications, employee contracts and update/maintain employee personal records for the North West Region. Working within Payroll Services we work within the frameworks of the State Service Awards and Legislation so ensure compliance.The Role:The Client Services Officer role is a vital role within the Tasmanian Health System, through provision of payroll services and support to our Department of Health team members.As a member of the Payroll Services team, provide efficient and effective administrative support and assistance including routine processing within the Agencys Payroll System, and the maintenance of records, information systems and databases.You will need:- Current Working with Children Registration (WWCR) as this role is located at the Burnie Tas Tafe campus.- Excellent organisational skills and ability to update and maintain personal records accurately.Note: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.Why Tasmania:The Department of Health Tasmania oversees various hospitals across the state, including the Royal Hobart Hospital, Launceston General Hospital, Northwest Regional Hospital, and Mersey Community Hospital, as well as district hospitals and ambulance services.
