By joining this team, you will gain marketable network experience in multiple areas on a massive scale.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, operate and optimize ByteDance''s global network, including backbone, data center, public cloud and Edge/CDN.Work with cross-functional teams including but not limited to compute, storage, database, recommendation system, drive the innovation and evolution of ByteDance network.Work with external vendors and ISPs for device and carrier selection, perform testing and verification.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Recent graduates or have graduated strictly within the last 12 months before onboarding, candidates who graduate by August 2025 will be prioritized.Majored in Computer Science, Information Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.Knowledge of computer networking, Internet service infrastructure, IP routing and DNS.Self-motivated, good communication and written skills.The English Language is required to communicate with a global team for 7x24 support.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of network protocols including IPv4/v6 TCP/IP, DHCP, BGP, OSPF/IS-IS.Knowledge and hands-on experience of public cloud services, such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Ali Cloud, OCI, etc.Hands-on experience of network devices, such as Cisco, Arista, Juniper, H3C, Huawei and other mainstream vendors.Programming/scripting in Bash, Python or other languages.By submitting an application for this role, you accept and agree to our global applicant privacy policy, which may be accessedhere .Job InformationAbout TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
