Visit us at www.accenture.com.About the roleThe Workforce Management ANZ Practice are seeking a Senior UKG Timekeeping and Rostering lead resource based in either Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.Key ResponsibilitiesWork from start to finish on a technology transformation project with the ability to step in at any stage of the project lifecycle.Identify scope and write functional/business requirements and specifications.Ability to lead team of functional and technical consultants through the implementation lifecycleUse expertise to develop and support cost effective blueprints, estimates, and conceptual designs.Implement new requirements and solutions.Recognized internally and externally for their deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise.Ability to work under either a Waterfall, Hybrid Agile or Agile Implementation Methodology.Play a key role within the design phase of the analytics with UKG Pro WFM solution, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.Stakeholder Collaboration.Work closely with internal and client teams to gather requirements, define scope, and establish timelines for the implementation of UKG Pro WFM.Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.Technical Consultancy and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Stay current with UKG Pro WFM updates and industry trends to ensure the organization leverages the latest features and capabilities.Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex technical issues.Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Your skills and Qualifications:5 years + experience in UKG Timekeeping5 years + experience in UKG AccrualsExperience in UKG Pro WFM user roles and profilesKnowledge of Advanced scheduling and Boomi integration an advantage.Detailed design document creationAdditional preferred attributes:Experience in working with offshore delivery teamsJson creationUKG Pro WFM Certification will be highly regardedPrevious experiences to identify, manage and solution through project obstacles will be highly regardedAbility to facilitate complex solution design within the WFM solution spaceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skills and a good understanding of information technology concepts and processesAll of our consulting professionals receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical and professional skills development.
