Job Title

The Creative Services Project Manager is responsible for managing the production of creative projects, including digital, multimedia and design, from concept to final delivery. They ensure that all projects, whether digital, video or design-related, are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high creative standards. The Creative Services Project Manager coordinates with the creative team, liaises with clients, and oversees the logistical and operational aspects for both internal team members and freelancers, ensuring smooth execution and outstanding results.Oversee the digital production process for web, including planning, requirements gathering, testing, maintenance and hostingOversee the creative process for design, including project planning, concepts, production through to deliveryOversee the production process for video content, from initial concept, storyboards to final editing and deliveryManage creative project timelines and budgets, ensuring all elements are delivered on schedule and within specified budgetsAlongside the Client Success Manager, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of progress and managing their feedbackHandle logistical aspects of video/photography shoots, including location scouting, permits, scheduling, equipment rentals, and crew coordinationSolve any challenges related to project workCoordinate across teams (designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters, web developers) to ensure consistency and integration with other creative deliverablesOrganise and manage resources, including sourcing and scheduling freelancers, contractors, and vendors as requiredCollaborate with the General Manager on project allocation, ensuring resources are maximised to agreed utilisation ratesConduct regular check-ins (stand -ups) with the team to track progress, ensuring smooth execution of all production stagesAssist with post-project reviews, gathering feedback to improve future video production processes and creative workflowsPlease note this role is based on Traralgon, full time remote for this role will not be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
